Pachamama's Crystals is a joint journey of two Mama's,

Tess and Louise, and their shared

love for crystals and all things in nature.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

All our items and hand wrapped and packed with love and care

to ensure they arrive safely to you. We Dispatch twice a week on

Monday & Thursday.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail.

You can also choose to collect if you are local - with the option of 

collecting from Chard or Forde Abbey just pop us a message to 

let us know which you would prefer.

We do accept returns. Please let us know within 7 working days if

you would like to return your item. A full refund will be made for

the items and the postage if the item arrives damaged for some reason. A refund for the products only will be made if you are returning due to a change of mind, the original postage cost will not be refunded for this.

We don't yet have a physical store that is open to the public - we attend fairs throughout the year so join our socials to keep up to date.

We hold regular live sales on our Facebook so you can shop "in person" virtually

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
